You do not have the privileges required to view detailed information for this record. Please contact your systems administrator if you would like access to this record (SBL-DAT-00309)


This error can occur when you have configured a new drill down to a detail view such as Account's Contact view and user who is drilling down on the record does not have responsibility to view the account in Account List views.

This condition should be avoided as far as possible, and one should not provide drill down to a details of a record which is not permitted to access for user.

Example:
A static drill down is configured to "Account's Contact" Detail view from contact screen, which drills down to an Account which is visible only in All Accounts view, and the user does not have responsibility to access the view.

Resolution:
Although the best practice is to avoid such configuration, however if required you can consider following options.

1. Clone the detail view to be based on new aggregate category with visibility settings that can provide access to the view.
2. Grant access to the Aggregate View to the user which provides access of the record to the user.
